Incredible $30 Cartography Software Bundle Is a Online Gaming GM's Dream
After a brief run back in April, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time that lasts until Dec. 2. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company over the years, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are multiple package options available here.
Primary Feature
The standout feature is certainly permanent access to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard mapping application that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.
An imaginative landscape chart generated in the CC3+ software platform.
Bundle Tiers
Entry Level
The most affordable option, starting at just one dollar, includes only four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Starting at thirty dollars, the 39-item bundle contains these components:
- Fractal Terrains 3+

All 17 volumes of Cartographer's Annual are included here, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, underground complexes, cities, and continents in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously more advantageous for cartography beginners considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here is that while you can redeem the deal across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.
Charitable Component
As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale supports charitable organizations. In this instance, the beneficiary is Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief. The Bundle Filters option appear near the page top, but you can also select any amount for a donation on the right side of the page. There's also an "Adjust Donation" drop-down immediately below, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage goes to Humble, Profantasy, and Save the Children.
